Being fit in our community is a high value with those we serve but though it may be, it can still be a challenge to continue to find motivation with high levels of stress that continues to weigh on the best intentioned, wellness minded person. This year we will have have a meet up every third Saturday for those looking to meet other people who value community and accountability. We will form accountability buddies and themes for the month ahead. This group will meet at our Workhouse/ 5 Fit facility to warm up and walk about a little over a mile together. Each season our activity will change but the intention won’t! Come out and have great conversation while moving and etching the habit of moving every day!

There are many kinds of rest that one needs. We need to honour when to be still, when to breathe and when to practice training your mind. We have a perfect hour opportunity this Sunday at 4:30 pm. Our Fall Back Meditation and Gong Bath class will give you the place and space to do just that. Our meditation guru Kim Neater will be leading the class and taking us into a mental reprieve journey that you won't want to miss.
This wellness event will have limited spaces in the studio but will have online opinions for everyone.

The type of meditation practice will be Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
