There are many kinds of rest that one needs. We need to honour when to be still, when to breathe and when to practice training your mind. We have a perfect hour opportunity this Sunday at 4:30 pm. Our Fall Back Meditation and Gong Bath class will give you the place and space to do just that. Our meditation guru Kim Neater will be leading the class and taking us into a mental reprieve journey that you won't want to miss.
