3. What are the benefits of Cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy involves the use of cold temperatures to help reduce inflammation, enhance recovery, improve circulation, and promote overall healing. Common benefits include:

It's an excellent choice for athletes, those with chronic pain, or anyone looking to speed up recovery and boost energy levels.
4. What should I expect during a Thai Yoga or Stretch Therapy session?
During a Thai Yoga for Performance or Stretch Therapy session, you'll experience a combination of guided stretching, gentle pressure, and deep breathing. These sessions are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle function. You’ll be assisted by our therapists in finding optimal positions to deepen stretches and enhance movement patterns, leaving you feeling more aligned and relaxed.
5. Are your services covered by insurance?
At this time, Workhouse Wellness does not directly accept insurance for wellness services. However, many clients are able to submit receipts for reimbursement under their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We recommend checking with your insurance provider for more information on coverage for wellness treatments.
6. Can I purchase gift cards for Workhouse Wellness services?

8. What should I wear to my session?
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For massage or therapy sessions, you will be given appropriate draping to ensure privacy and comfort. If you're attending a Stretch Therapy or Thai Yoga for Performance session, please wear loose, breathable clothing that allows for flexibility.
9. How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. 12. Are the wellness retreats only for individuals, or can groups attend?
Our wellness retreats are designed to be flexible and can accommodate both individuals and groups.
